Straight answers, before you ask.

Not reliably, when the production runs unattended. A model optimizes for a plausible face rather than a specific one, and it drifts over a series. That is why correction and sorting happen before delivery, and why one revision round is included.

Many companies do, and it comes down to your internal policy: some organizations restrict AI imagery on corporate assets while allowing it on personal profiles. Every file I deliver is disclosed as AI-produced, so the decision is documented rather than assumed.

I do. I am Adrien Lacour, a freelance corporate photographer, and I direct every portrait myself: I set the visual direction against your brand, discard what misses, and hold consistency across the set. Most AI portrait services are products with no photographer behind the direction, which is the difference here.

Written consent from each person, before any facial data is collected. US biometric consent law is strictest in Illinois, under BIPA (740 ILCS 14), which requires prior written consent and a private right of action for violations. I run every project to that standard, wherever the person is based: each person gives written, timestamped consent and uploads their own photos. Consent is never delegated to the employer.

Yes. I am a freelance corporate photographer, and for hero shots, C-level portraits, and contexts where a real session is not negotiable, that is what I recommend.

No. Your photos are never used to train any model, not mine, not a third party, not even anonymously. They exist only to produce your portraits, and nothing else.

It is deleted. If a project does not proceed, your reference photos and the data derived from them are removed on request, and in any case within 30 days. There is no dormant copy kept for later.

Five, and I list them all on the subprocessors page, with what each one does and where it sits. The only step outside the EU is the AI production itself, and it runs only after your written consent.
